Convenient location, but mixed comfort

The team was very nice. The location was unbeatable, so near to Robinson's mall for dining and shopping.

My room's air conditioning was unreliable was nice. The bathroom also needed improvement in cleanliness and better water heating functionality.

Short walk away from Robinsons Mall, made dining and shopping easily accessible. Our upgraded room offered more space than expected. The noise from other guests in the morning was quite disruptive .

Big rooms for the toiletries available. A good and absolutely perfect location next to coffee store and bistros.

Everything was modern, had a really GOOD stay for a vacation or a business trip. The location in an excellent area was convenient and unbeatable and there where shopping centres and a small shopping mall nearby. Besides, it was not too far away from downtown, that worked for us.

Had to deal with a few frustrations. The AC in my room stuck at too warm, messing with my sleep, while the bathroom's water pressure needed some serious attention. Avoid room 110 if you can-clogged toilet situation wasn't ideal. The hassle of moving between rooms didn't add to my relaxation.

Had a very good stay for a vacation or a business trip, glad I've chosen it. The position of the hotel was handy and incredibly comfortable, near to the mall...

It is Budget Hotel and very accessible from downtown to nearside shopping mall - Robinsons. Staff were accommodating wise.

All rooms are uniform which are only good for 2 pax ( twin bed). No available rooms for one family ( 2 to 4 pax) Guests will be compelled to at least reserve more than one room otherwise. However, lucky we are they have given us two rooms which are adjacent to each other. Our one night stay, quite well except for the minor aircon problem. But the staff maintenance were prompt enough to render service. Thumbs up for Cleanliness wise.

The homemade desserts were a sweet delight! The Standard Queen Room offered a good price and the location was just perfect for exploring local gems like Wara-Wara and Fogo for some tasty eats.

A little hiccup with noisy beeping from nearby rooms starting at 5 am-definitely not the hotel's fault, but it was a tad annoying. Nonetheless, it didn't overshadow the stay.

it was fairly clean, the staff was outstandingly accommodating and accommodating, plus the service was excellent. the rooms were big size with exceptionally comfortable beds. the hotel was fancy and exceptionally comfortable and the in-house restaurant was small. we liked staying in this venue!

Price is good for the quality of service and facilities

Late check in and early check out.we arrive early and leave early so there must be some leeway on early check in.

The water pressure needs my attention!!! The lighting in the bathroom is too dim for my liking!!! A bar on-site for a drink would really improve the experience!!!

The hotel's location next to Robinsons Place mall is convenient for shopping and dining.

The room I stayed in had a persistent weird smell, which detracted from the overall comfort.
